Feeling burned out? Overwhelmed and constantly stressed? This class focuses on identifying some of the common causes of chronic stress and offers evidence-based strategies to help alleviate symptoms of burn out and engage in effective self care!
Who is my Most Compassionate Self? A guide to creating a more compassionate relationship with yourself
Struggling with negative self talk, feeling like you can’t “get it right” no matter how hard you try? Are feelings of shame and blame weighing you down? This class focuses on the foundational principles of self compassion and how we can meet ourselves with understanding and committed action to build a new relationship with ourselves based on healthy accountability to meet our goals and get UN-stuck!
Mental Health and Me; An introduction to mental health terms and stress management
Do you feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of mental health information online? Does it feel impossible to filter through the noise and find accurate evidence based information on mental health and stress management? This class focuses on helping you understand some common mental health concerns, and gives you actionable steps to managing stress with evidence based tools.
Did you know we volunteer with local nonprofits?
As of 2026, our founder Alissa volunteers her time to support TROT, Therapeutic Riding of Tri-Cities, by supporting their Horses Helping Heroes program! This is an incredible community resource that supports veterans, first responders and healthcare workers find peace and healing through equine assisted programs.
